Sometimes A Group Home Might Be Best

In a recent article in Autism Parenting Magazine, a mother shares why she placed her son with Autism, in a group home. Now, I’m sure many of our Powerful Parents of Autism support group members might grapple with feeling selfish for the very thought… just as this young mom did, however, if you read the whole article, you will find that — all things considered — putting him in a group home was best for her whole family, including her young son.
