One of the components of The Answer Inc’s mission, is to support & empower the families that we serve. Today, as a part of that mission, our CEO Debra Vines is continuing a series called “Ask Jason’s Mom” - within which she answers questions and dispels myths, specifically aimed at parents and family members of Children and Young adults living with Autism and Other Developmental Disorders.
As we begin our fundraising efforts for the year - with our 2020 Autism & Special Needs Walkathon coming-up on May 2 - one of the main uses of the funds raised… is to sponsor children and young adults to horseback riding camp for an entire week.
In this episode, Debra is responding to a parent who asked… what are the benefits of equestrian therapy???
After going thru the many benefits, Debra reminds us that the number one benefit is the simple fact that… the horses do not judge. Representative of the world that we are committed to building for the families and communities that we serve.
